OceanLake Executes meemo License for United Arab Emirates and Qatar
meemo Global Footprint Expands to United Arab Emirates and Qatar

Toronto – March 5, 2008 – OceanLake Commerce Inc. (TSXV:OLI, OLIKF.PK), a developer of intelligent mobile technology that delivers rich and engaging user experiences to mobile consumers worldwide, today announced that it has executed a formal licensing agreement with Amtrak Qatar, granting the license to offer OceanLake’s meemo service direct-to-consumers in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and Qatar.

meemo is an affordable, real-time, mobile push e-mail service. It allows users with any Internet-enabled mobile phone or PDA to send and receive e-mail from their existing e-mail accounts at a fraction of the cost of other solutions in the market place. The meemo service is based on OceanLake’s MobileMail product and is already available in many parts of the world.

“There is truly a universal appeal to meemo and clearly expands our footprint across all corners of the world and is indicative of its value proposition to mobile consumers and global carriers,” said William Car, President and CEO of OceanLake. “The market for mobile email across a global scale has been vastly underserved. OceanLake is proud to be filling that void with the first affordable mobile email solution that rivals expensive smart phones and empowers the average consumer to optimize their current mobile phones with a rich user-friendly email service.”

Under the terms of the Agreement, OceanLake has received a portion of the overall license fee with the execution of the agreement with the remainder to be paid out according to defined milestones. OceanLake will receive royalty payments on the gross revenue generated through the marketing and use of OceanLake’s MobileMail platform and license for the brand “meemo”.

“We are excited to tap OceanLake to bring the benefits of its popular meemo service to over 5 million mobile users in United Emirates and Qatar,” said Bhuwan Verma, Managing Director of Amtrak Qatar. “With meemo, subscribers are getting ‘smart phone like’ email functionalities at a fraction of the cost without needing to install anything on their devices.”

Today’s announcement marks the latest expansion of OceanLake’s meemo service into untapped regions and is indicative of the company’s growth strategy to leverage its platforms and services through strategic global partnerships. By leveraging the relationships of partners in various regions, OceanLake is accelerating its ability to move into new markets quickly.
