OceanLake to provide MobileMail Service to SUN Cellular Philippines

Toronto, Ontario, Canada and Singapore – January 17, 2008 – OceanLake Commerce Inc. (OLI-TSX Venture, OLIKF.PK) announced today that it has entered into a managed services agreement with Digitel Mobile Philippines, Inc (DMPI). Under the terms of the agreement, Digitel Mobile Philippines, also known for its corporate brand Sun Cellular, will provide OceanLake MobileMail as a value-added service to its subscribers.

OceanLake MobileMail is an affordable, real-time, push e-mail service that will empower Sun Cellular subscribers with the ability to send and receive e-mail with any internet-enabled mobile phone or PDA at a fraction of the cost of other solutions in the market place.

Unlike competitive offerings, OceanLake’s MobileMail service is configured simply through a web interface and does not install on devices. With OceanLake’s MobileMail service, subscribers are getting ‘smart phone like’ email functionality at a fraction of the cost.

OceanLake’s Asia Pacific headquarters are in Singapore and will be providing local implementation and support services for Sun Cellular.
