OceanLake Expands Executive Team and Signs Horn Group as Agency of Record for Public Relations

Recent Private Placement Fuels Acceleration of Growth Strategy

Toronto, Canada and Singapore – June 11, 2007. OceanLake Commerce Inc. (OLI-TSX Venture) announced today that the company has added two key executives to its management team and signed with premier public relations firm, Horn Group to support its global marketing efforts. With the company’s recent private placement successfully closed, OceanLake is strengthening its management and marketing teams to support its business growth plans. OceanLake welcomes Rajeev Agarwal as Vice President of Finance and Mark Farmer as Vice President of Marketing.

With several years of financial management experience in the industry, Mr. Agarwal will ensure that OceanLake’s executive team has access to timely financial data for making important business decisions as it continues to grow. Prior to joining OceanLake, Mr. Agarwal served as Vice President of Finance with Dyadem, a QLM & process risk management software company. Previously, he served as Senior Director of Finance at Workbrain, a workforce management software company (TSX: WB) and held various progressive positions at Changepoint Corporation and Cybermation Inc.

Mark Farmer recently joined the company as Vice President of Marketing where he is responsible for the global marketing strategy and execution for the company. He is a seasoned technology marketer with over 15 years experience in product marketing, product management and marketing communications. For the past 10 years, he has primarily worked with mobile software infrastructure companies including Solect Technology Group, which was acquired by Amdocs in 2000 for $1.2 Billion USD. Most recently, Mr. Farmer was at QuickPlay Media where he launched mobile video on demand services in Canada in addition to leading the marketing strategy for the company from its inception.

OceanLake has signed with Horn Group out of New York as its public relations agency of record.
