Phillipine's Globe Telecom to use OceanLake's "Mobile Gateway" to bring mobile internet access to over 18 million subscribers Agreement with Globe Telecom builds on existing presence in the Philippine market and extends OceanLake’s products and services to over 70 million mobile users in Asia Toronto, Ontario CANADA, November 14, 2006 - OceanLake Commerce Inc. (TSXV: OLI - “OceanLake”), is pleased to announce that its strategic partner, Datapax Inc., the Philippine’s leading developer of mobile enterprise applications has reached an agreement with Globe Telecom (PSE:GLO – “Globe”) for the use of OceanLake’s Mobile Gateway dynamic reformatting engine. Under the terms of this agreement, Globe will market Mobile Gateway to its more than 18 million users where it will ground Globe’s mobile internet service offering. Globe, Datapax and OceanLake will each receive a portion of the data charges generated by Globe’s users that access the internet through Mobile Gateway. “This agreement with Globe greatly increases our presence in the Philippine market and extends the availability of our products and services to more than 70 million users across Asia”, said William Car, OceanLake’s President and CEO. “Globe is the one of the largest mobile operators in the Philippines and Philippine mobile subscribers are among the world’s largest per capita consumers of mobile internet services.
