(OLI - TSX Venture), is pleased to announce that its wholly owned subsidiary, Facilitasia Private Limited and its imercion content delivery platform has been selected as the principal service provider and core technology respectively for The CellCity mobile MegaStore located at www.thecellcity.com.

The CellCity MegaStore comprises 17 departments, 100 sections and over 1 million unique applications including the hottest music hits, games, Ringtones, wallpapers, education, health, sports, productivity and business applications all under the one roof - all designed for direct downloading to the more than 1 billion mobile users across Asia and the world.

Oceanlake, through its Facilitasia subsidiary, provided The CellCity with a "turn-key" package, with imercion serving as the technical infrastructure, enhanced by a complete suite of content management, updating, fulfillment and billing services. As compensation, Facilitasia will receive a portion of the gross revenue generated by all transactions conducted through The CellCity MegaStore.
