OceanLake's push mail product will be marketed to XL's entire base of approximately eight million subscribers and branded as XLMobileMail. XLMobileMail will offer support for up to five existing POP3 and IMAP accounts including Hotmail, Yahoo! and GMail accounts. XL subscribers will receive alerts on their mobile device instantly, any time an e-mail is received to the registered accounts. Subscribers will be able to read, reply and compose as they would normally do when using their computer and XLMobileMail will not require any additional software to be installed on the phone or PDA (personal digital assistant). Subscribers will not be limited by the type of mobile device they use as virtually any type of device can be used with the push mail service.

"XL is committed to providing our customers the services they desire," said Alfred Boediman, vice-president, value-added service of XL, "and with OceanLake's integrated mobile mail solution, XL will continue to provide our customers with affordable value-added services."

"OceanLake is proud to have XL as our push mail launch customer," said William Car, managing director of OceanLake Asia. "We look forward to further assisting XL in becoming a premier operator in Indonesia."

WPMail takes advantage of OceanLake's mScope product, allowing WPMail to be used with virtually any type of mobile phone or PDA with a browser. OceanLake's mScope product instantly reformats Web content for virtually every type of mobile device with a browser. Currently, mScope supports over 7,000 different types of devices.
