OCEANLAKE PARTNERS WITH CTTNET TO ENTER CHINA MOBILE MARKET
Singapore, Toronto, Ontario CANADA, April 20, 2006 /FSC/ - Oceanlake Commerce
Inc. (OLI - TSX Venture),
OceanLake Asia Private Limited, a subsidiary in which OceanLake Commerce Inc.
holds a 40% interest, is pleased to announce that it has entered into a
strategic partnership with China Transport Telecommunications Broadband Network
Service Co., Ltd (CTTnet). Under the terms of this partnership, CTT will market
OceanLake's Mobile Gateway and WPMail mobile push mail products to mobile
operators across China.

with meaningful access to the largest potential market in the world," said

OceanLake's Mobile Gateway and WPMail mobile push mail products are part of a
suite of services for mobile carriers that allow users with internet-enabled
mobile phones and PDA's to (i) view and interact in a meaningful way with all
sites on the internet; and (ii) send and receive e-mail from their existing
e-mail accounts at a fraction of the cost of the Blackberry(r) or similar
services.
CTTnet provides value-added mobile media services to customers through mobile
operators with self-owned platforms. CTTnet became the first to provide pay
mobile TV services in China, and signed exclusive agreements successively with
various content production organizations of government departments, including
China Xinhua News Agency Audio & Video Centre, China Net sponsored by State
Council Information Office, Golden Shield Film and TV Center of State Public
Security Ministry and the East Dragon Company, a subsidiary of Shanghai
Broadcasting and TV Group which owns the first and only IPTV license in China.
To date, CTTnet has successively put 12 channels into service with over 70
programs in the form of broadcasting and online VOD on the Brew platform of
China Unicom CDMA1X network. The programs cover news, sports, entertainment,
finance, education, fashion, life, and IT.
