OceanLake secures Bank Central Asia as first financial institution customer in S.E. Asia
 
Singapore, Tokyo, Santa Clara, Toronto - February 8, 2005 OceanLake Commerce Inc. (TSXV:OLI) (www.oceanlake.com), a provider of mobile Internet-enabling software for corporate enterprises, financial institutions, solution providers and mobile operators, is pleased to announce it has entered into a multi-year revenue producing licensing agreement with PT. Bank Central Asia Tbk. ("BCA"). The transaction was previously announced by OceanLake in September, 2004 to fulfill its public disclosure obligations, but BCA's involvement could only be disclosed now.
 
BCA will use OceanLake's mScope product to enhance their overall consumer and commercial mobile banking offerings. These new mobile services will allow all customers of BCA to enjoy the freedom of managing their accounts with their mobile devices from wherever they are with the comfort of mScope's security.
 
The new secure mobile services will be available to all BCA consumer and commercial customers through any mobile phone or PDA.

With the new offering, commercial BCA customers will have all functionality accessible to them that is currently offered online through any type of mobile device with the comfort of mScope Security. Consumer banking BCA customers will also have all services currently offered at www.klikbca.com.
