Toronto Ontario CANADA, January 13, 2004 /FSC/ - Oceanlake Commerce Inc. (OLI - TSX Venture), ("Company") announces that it has closed a financing (the "Financing") of 2,462,528 ("Units") at a price of $0.25 per Unit for $615,632 in gross proceeds to the Company. Each Unit is comprised of one common share ("Share") and 1/2 of one Share purchase warrant ("Warrant"), each Warrant being exercisable for an additional Share for one year at an exercise price of $0.30. The Financing is subject to final regulatory review.
