(OLI - TSX Venture), ("OceanLake") announced that on Tuesday, August 3, 2004, an aggregate of [1,020,000 ] incentive stock options (the "Options") were granted to certain insiders and non executive employees of OceanLake, exercisable at $0.13 a share, being the previous day's closing price of the Company's shares on the TSX Venture Exchange.
