OCEANLAKE STRENGTHENS MANAGEMENT TEAM AND SEES PROFITABLE QUARTERS AHEAD
 
San Jose, CA and Toronto, ON- April 22, 2003 – Steve Koskie is pleased to announce that Steven Moya has joined OceanLake Commerce Inc. as Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of Corporate Development after working in the San Francisco office of Putnam Lovell, National Bank Financial Securities Inc. (NBF).
 
At OceanLake, Mr. Moya’s will oversee all financial corporate development, Joint Ventures, M&A and Operations.

While at Putnam Lovell NBF Securities Inc. he focused on new business generation, transaction execution, financial and deal analysis, due diligence and general advisory work in Financial Technology, Specialty Finance and Banking Sectors. Prior to joining Putnam Lovell NBF Securities Inc., Mr. Moya worked in the San Francisco office of Banc of America Securities (formerly Montgomery Securities). He also conducted merger and acquisition advisory services in the Financial Services Group for Financial Technology, Specialty Finance and Banking Institutions. In addition, Mr. Moya resided in New York for four years where he originated and structured over $11 Billion in lead managed term Asset Backed Securities transactions for Credit Suisse First Boston, CIBC Oppenheimer, and Chase Securities Inc. Mr. Moya holds a Masters of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Brown University.
